Corinna Mejia is the founder of Aurum Search Partners, a boutique search firm focused on connecting exceptional professionals with organizations across healthcare and financial services. With more than a decade of experience in recruiting and talent strategy, she partners with leadership teams to identify healthcare executives, physicians, advanced practice providers, and experienced financial professionals and executives whose expertise and leadership strengthen their organizations.
Corinna’s work is grounded in a simple philosophy: the right hire happens when the right person finds the right seat at the right time.
Originally from New Orleans, she now lives in Missouri, where she raised her two children and remains actively engaged in her community.
